Hobby Goals - October 2020

When I first started out in this hobby 5+ years ago there was nothing I was particularly aiming for in terms of recognition or achievements, I just wanted to paint and play games with my friends and spend time chilling out with them while chatting shit over a hobby we all enjoyed.

It comes at a nice surprise that this very minor recognition by Games Workshop came about in October 2020 and to have 4 of them so quickly in the same period of time clearly shows how I've progressed even if they are models that were painted 12 months before being seen by Games Workshop.

It may of only been there for a short period of time but It gave me a bit of a Spark to try and achieve more in my hobby, I'm not saying I'll ever go for Competition painting but I may throw my hat into the local competition ring and see if anything comes of it even if its just the experience of trying a painting competition.
